Curry to taste like in CoCo Ichi?
Hi all,
I've tried a lot of curries in Japan, and one of my favourite is CoCo Ichi. I've tried to replicate it myself, and Japanese curry is always delicious, but it also always tastes totally different from CoCo Ichi. Any idea how they get to their unique taste? I guess it's a secret, but maybe somebody did experiment a bit more successful than me. Any help / ideas appreciated.
