Hopefully someone can help me remember the name of a dish

Hello,

I am trying to remember the name of a tuna dish I once had at a sushi restaurant. The tuna was served cubed in a bowl and had been marinated (for what I think was 24 hours) and had a very unique texture. Firm and almost gummy.
