Help identify a dressing?

My husband and I visited Nikko, Japan in the Fall and while we were there the hotel we stayed at served a dressing and salad with breakfast. The sign for the dressing called it “creamy nutty”. It was white and had small chunks of nuts in it. We have been trying to research and figure out what it was so we can either buy it or make it at home.

Does anyone know what dressing this could be?

TLDR: We had a dressing called “creamy nutty” while visiting Japan and would appreciate help finding out what it was.
