In search of Tofuno shiroiya recipe

I was watching Bizarre Foods and One location was Okinawa, where Andrew was served what they called “Tofuno Shiroiya”. Does anyone here have a recipe? It looked so interesting but I haven’t been able to find a recipe! TIA!
