[Request] What are the open-top, filled bread rolls called and how do I make them

One of my favorite things to buy for breakfast in Japan is one of the bread rolls sold by every tray-and-tongs bakery. It looks like a cut open baked potato and the top is opened and filled with a variety of cheese and meat combinations.

I'm considering making them at home but I don't know if there's a general term for them and Google is failing to find me a recipe

Can you help me out?
