Sake Alternative for Miso Marinade
I found a simple recipe for a miso marinade for pork belly, it only really requires three main items: white Miso paste, sake and sugar. I have the miso paste and sugar but couldn't find sake at the supermarket (can't get to my local Asian supermarket). Is there anything I can use as an alternative? Or even better any non alcoholic alternatives that are easily accesible from a western supermarket?
