Looking for Japanese curry spice blend

So I'm trying to make a Japanese curry dish but I can't find the blend of spices to make the roux. I don't want to buy the blocks because they have so much salt and fat that I don't feel comfortable. Which spices and in which quantities go into the spice blend? Thanks!
