Getting Oden in the West?

I've been wanting to try Oden after seeing how popular the dish is in anime and videogames, but it seems much harder to find restaurants that serve proper Oden in the west than in Japan. All I've had is store bought, premade Oden meals (which didn't taste that great). Has anyone had good experience finding Oden in the west, and does anyone have any really great, authentic tasting Oden recipes?

I should point out that I live in Brisbane, Australia for those who are wondering.
