Vietnamese-Style Bun Bo

This Vietnamese bun bo is a traditional soup made with beef bone broth, vermicelli noodles, and seared sirloin steak that has been marinated in lemongrass, ginger, and fish sauce. Similar to yet distinct from pho, it’s a classic for a reason.
