Adding healthy japaness meal to my diet.

Hi everyone,

sorry for the mistake in the title I'm not a english native speaker

I have always liked Asian cuisine, especially Japanese. For a while I have been trying to improve my diet. Having healthy Japanese food recipes could be a big help in keeping my motivation up and continuing to learn how to cook Japanese.

What meal would do recommend for someone who don't eat meat (I do eat fish, seafood, eggs and dairy) ?(I live near a asian store so any ingredients can be easily found)
