Halal Japanese Restaurants.

Do u know how unbelievably hard it is to find a japanese joint around Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill and Scarborough area that serves some good ass authentic japanese food that isnt haram to eat?

I found places like Kinton Ramen and Konjiki Ramen but that they mostly sell pork based dishes and chicken based dishes which arent halal. Pork cant be halal in any way. Chicken can only be halal if its slaughtered islamically. They have like...1 vegetarian dish each that looks complete ass too. If i wanna eat authentic ramen i want some meat based. Like lamb or chicken or shrimp or fish based (no shell-fish aside from shrimp). Its the one issue in the west really, central and eastern asian spots do not recognize halal. Not a single shop i can find that sells both authentic japanese and halal. I wanna try a japanese grill spot thats halal. Like Japanese Gyuubi grill, only halal tho. Or a Ramen joint like Konjiki Ramen, except only halal. I wanna know what it is to eat anything from japans most beloved dishes which do not contain sake or mirin, pork or shell fish, squid ir octopus etc.

If anybody knows an authentic 100% halal Japanese joint anywhere in Toronto or the GTA, please let me know. Id appreciate it.

Edit: at this point, ima just have to jump into the food industry and create an Authentic Japanese cuisine that is 100% halal....ima have to watch a youtube video first on how to make ramen 🤣🤣🤣🤣
