I was directed here because I was told you could help me with questions regarding Yaki Chocolate

So, my friend lived in Japan for a year and when he came back he brought those little muffin-esque treat. Its called Yaki Chocolat(e) which means something like baked chocolate I believe. Its crunchy at first but melts in your mouth after. If anyone has seen/made these or even has a clue on how these are made you would make my day. They look like this: Yaki Chocolat
